But both of your IP addresses are 193.168.0.xxx
Either you’re giving us bad info or things are not working as you think they are.
I’d suggest if you’re not comfortable configuring a router go pick up a switch instead. There’s no config with a switch, you can just plug in and go. Buy one from walmart if you want and you can easily return it if it doesn’t fix the problem. A 10/100 switch should be more than enough for what you’re doing.

Mine does the same thing when I ping my 360, and does stream fine?? Using WMP or Vuze.
Maybe Xboxs don’t reply to pings I never tried before

I’ll try using a switch next i guess. Was hoping this was something simple(which in theory it should be), but this is just turning into such a hassle.
