So I have given these brownies out at work and people love them right? (insert evil laugh here)
Here is how I make them:
1 box of brownie mix
1 can of black beans (purred/liquified - as long as you blend them with no chunks)
mix 2 ingredients and bake according to the box instructions.
SOOO good. High in fiber/protien and low in fat and calories. They are chewey, fudgy and moist. You would have no idea there are black beans in there.

i’ll take my chances with “normal” brownies
a girl at a chinese place i used to work at used to make spring rolls with sweet red bean paste…
beans in desserts = teh win

if I can find a way to make a dessert healthy and still taste great then I am on it. ha ha
best way to make dessert’s healthy is to not make them

Never said that… but i try to stay away from them… i NEVER eat desset at resturaunts. dont eat many cookies/cake/pie
ice cream is one of my downfalls… and licorice and fruit snacks…
the stuff that is packed w/ sugar but not much fat.
genetics play the biggest part, eat what you want and be happy with yourself.

Nah, i get low fat Breyers or Healthy choice
i’d rather be fat than pay $9 for a quart of milk / water / sugar
