pay is good imo if your good. I have never done it but i have a good friend who does. He sets up his own bonuses. If he brings in so much then he receives the bonus he asked for. He is also on track to make 60-65K this year

I know a guy that makes $25 an hour doing the shit. Its not all that bad depending on how lucky you are, because skill doesnt bring cash into debtors pockets lol.
