I have the Mino and it’s fine. Don’t know what you’re talking about. The issue is when you convert videos on the PC. If you leave them untouched, it’s good quality.
They are only 720P though and a record time of 2 hours. And they look like they break easy, not to mention the lens seems like a typical point and shoot camera lens
Did you watch the videos I took? They are a little worse because of the conversions, but before converting them they are FINE.
Also, they have decent zoom, and the new MinoHD’s are made of METAL. The old ones were breakable. This one is pretty freakin rigid.

That’s because of the conversions. After I put them through Adobe/Sony Vegas. I have to keep it under 2GB in order to fit into YouTube. If I upload directly from the Flip software to YouTube, it’s 720p:
