they also have temp jobs that pay 10

Please explain why you have this opinion of Accellent. I have been there for close to 5 years and it is actually a very good place to work for. When did you work there and what position? There is usually a good reason people leave there pissed off and i would say 95% of the time its not something the company did to treat the employee like shit.
