well … mandating air borne exhausts is not a violation of a persons rights :rofl: not even a little… a car isn’t a ‘right’… that’s why drivers licenses can be revoked… and why they require inspection.

yeah… it’s a bogus charge… i fucking hate pat buses… some are literally the loudest fucking things i’ve ever heard… and harleys shake my entire building sometimes… but that doesn’t mean that decible level requirements aren’t in play… if 10 people shoplifted and one got caught, his reasoning can be “everyone else did” but the fact is, that he is the ONE person is who got caught.

best bet is to be presentable, show concern for the law but express your misunderstanding of testing / implementing and maybe lean to having your car re-metered.

in the mean time… make your car quieter.

Didn’t say a car was a right. Look just a little deep into what I did say “EXPRESSION” meaning as it states “… ability to create, design, and or portray an idenity to express in ones environment…” I would think one could say that they are expressing ones self in a young, lound manner, or what ever BS reason that person could come up with. Techinicaly one could get away with .This was explained to me buy my Pre-Law instructor at Pitt.
