my point was more that I hoped Buffalo would make a bid for a 2nd chance (3rd? 4th? 5th) shot at getting a big name company who already has a presence in the area to locate their facility within the city. I dont care if its downtown or not, to be honest, just that there would be an effort made.
Its pretty obvious you think Buffalo is the worst place in the world though. Lockport is definitely known for being a shining pinnacle of society where no one has ever had their car broken into.
:io: before this turns into a suburbs V city thread.
^ Downtown Lockport is pretty shitty too, almost as bad as Buffalo. Luckily Yahoo isn’t really in the city.
I’m not anti-Buffalo, I’m anti city period.
There was a great quote from that Angola motorcycle trip blog that summed it up for me perfectly…
I hate cities. To me they are just large containers for the desperate. Out in the rural areas one can be poor, but still live with integrity and self respect.
I drive by your house everyday and either see your white truck, BMW, boat in the driveway, and notice you have extra storage facility behind your house… not that I look
not even remotely close to being as bad as buffalo. im in LP all the time, closest go-to when i need to get something…there are some run down poor areas, but they have been working to clean up some of them and redeveloping, hopefully they continue.
haha, pretty easy to spot. i get people beeping when they drive by all the time and im like “who the f is that?” lol
