hey guys, i just bought my first car, a 1992 240sx LE and im soooo fukin stoked!! :blue: i went down to niagara today from toronto to check it out, i was very impressed so i made him an offer and he accepted. im going to pick it up next weekend since it cannot be driven because of a bad clutch.

The car is in Excelent condition, not a scratch or dent in the body and other that rust on the hatch and a little on the a pillar its pretty much rustless. the frame is also in very good condition, very, very little to no rust. she runs good and the etest is still good untill may. No accidents and other than the paint on the front bumper and hatch the paint is in good condition. like i said before the only thing wrong is that it needs a new clutch. I definatly got a good deal imo, but i have been looking for 6+ months, so its about time :lol:

Don’t drive angrily for the first little while. Get to know it and test it in safe conditions before you try anything. I’m not schooling your or telling you that you’re a bad driver… it’s sincere advice. Some fucked up shit can happen if you push a car beyond your limits.
Seeing as how careful you’ve been in the search, I’m sure you’ll take care of it and mod it tastefully!
thanks for the comments, trust me im going to baby this car lol. first thing on my list is to get rid of the little rust there is on the car and throw in a new clutch. then i’ll drive it stock for a while till i get used to it and figure out the limits of the car/driving techniques, with in a year or two i’ll start modding and hopefully get out to the track a couple times (autox).
P.S. where is a good place to buy a clutch? should i get a factory one from nissan or should i go aftermarket? any recommendations?
yea i’ll probably get to work on that next weekend when i pick it up. im gonna rattle can it along with the hatch as soon as i get it fixed up and get that spoiler off.

haha yup thats the one, i saw the ad last night, phoned him right away and drove down this morning, i wasnt letting this one go. there was going to be like 3 or 4 other people coming today to look at it as well lol.
