Wow, this is super fuckin weird…My paper shredder gets some type of power surge every once in a while (like 10 minute intervals) where it seems like it’s starting to shred, but immediately turns off, just long enough so that I could hear it doing that. Here’s the weird part: it’s not plugged in, and there are no batteries in it. Kinda freaky. Only thing I can think of is the other night when we had the storm, the power went out…so is it possible that it messed something up? Not like I care about the shredder or anything, just a little creepy when ur sitting on the comp at 1am (only light on is the comp. and every1’s asleep) and u hear the stupid shredder out of nowhere.

Just thought I’d share that…

so theres no batteries in it, its unplugged, and your not sure if its odd that it occasionaly starts to run like its possesed

that cant be normal, i cant see the caps holding that much of a charge to where days go by with no power from the wall or batteries to turn on like that.

lol…no, not normal at all, hence the point of this thread, I know for a fact it’s not normal for it to do that…starting to creep me out…and messin with my head…like I said freakin creepy…first couple times I heard it do that I damn near crappped myself
