How do you know the biker wasn’t thinking about changing lanes way before you did and only started to which then you decided to do the same? The little blinkers are hard to see at night. I’ve been cut off on the highway by WOMAN (god why do they drive) drivers who dont even look or put blinkers on. I wanna punch them in the face too but society frowns upon that.
B: you started talking on your cell phone while stopped and were probablygoing to continue doing so after the light changed. I flip off any and all drivers who are on their cell phone when im out riding. And I try to stay off it while im driving (old habits are hard to break)
Either way it sucks you got rocked but your actions could have mostly prevent this ass kicking.
Edit: do harleys have high beams? I know sportbikes dont but i get flashed all the time when im on my bike at night. Pissing me off cause then i cant see . The finger usually goes up at that point too.

There comes a point where there is no right or wrong. Both parties fucked up but I’d say the biker was way off his fucking rocker. Maybe if the OP almost caused him to dump the bike then I could understand why someone might get that pissed off. I understand it but don’t condone it.

first of all, i didnt tell the cops i slowed down to piss him off.
secondly i had my eye on him because i watch bikers very carefully he didnt use his blinker trust me i was there. (cruisers have huge blinkers mostly)
third i answered my phone while i was stopped because i was meeting my g/f out for drinks and was going to confirm the location. if you ever catch me on my phone while my car is in motion please let me know IT DOESNT HAPPEN!

plus he may have been an amateur rider, or didnt have a license at all(like most bikers) because he was riding his moms bike.
edit: my sport bike has high beams and i know a couple harleys with high beams… i thought they had to have high beams?
either way im not pressing charges. im going to give this guy a break he agreed to pay for the damages to my car and cell phone and i hope this can be settled out of court. im just glad neither one of us were injured badly this could have ended up much worse no matter how you look at it.
Ot: a Harley homo tried starting shit with me because apparantly I was looking at him funny. I’m not making this up. He really wanted to fight me, and I really wanted to fight him for being a faggot and screaming at me and suggesting he was going to hurt me. But I was coming back from the swamp and had about 8 assault rifles in my trunk so it seemed lime a really bad idea so I just drove away.
