Ok guys heres the deal,
I’m working on a 2001 gmc sierra 1500, it has an issue of draining the battery. It is drawing almost 8 amps after the truck is off, and the domes lights go out. The thing that I did notice is the fuel gauge moves up and down with the truck off. Sometimes it moves up and stays up. It seems that sometimes, if you turn the dome light bypass on (so that the dome lights do not come on) it doesn’t do it. But then sometimes it does. I have removed all wiring from the fuel pump, check all under truck grounds that I can find, but still no difference.
Help me, please…
