Someone is gonna need 4k to get this , 3400 for bike then 200 for inspection plus paying someone to tow it there unless you have a truck, then tax on it and them the hours spent getting proper info for the inspection. My gsx had a salvaged Cali title and I had to provide all the purchase orders from road race engineering to the guy who bought it to get the rebuilt cert. it was a true pain in the ass and I didn’t have to go threw half of what he did.

If the bike already has a NYS title, then it’s the same as registering a normal vehicle and you don’t have to go through any special salvage process as far as I know.

Houses2k, the guy already has the salvage title in his name, so you don’t have to go to dingins st , now at least he can sell the bike legit

I’ve already went through the examination. I have the title now. That’s why I brought the thread back. It’s going to be normal registration at the dmv

And regarding price. I’m pretty close to KBB. regarding salvage titles. Their rule is (clean value) - 40% = salvage value.
