Conditions weren’t bad this weekend, just sucks that we are so far behind. Its even worse than last year at this point.
I just booked a January flight to Reno/Tahoe for a week. I hope they get more snow but, that area is fun either way. 
I’ll be at Holiday Valley tonight hopefully enjoying all the snow they got over night!

Snow dammit snow
Expecting over a foot Wednesday night into Thursday in both the northtowns and southern tier apparently.
So I made it down 3 days in a row to Holiday. I was really disappointed with how little of snow they got due to the winds blowing the snow off the hills. They were eventually able to open a few more runs to which they have about 5-7 runs open. I know they will be opening more throughout the week and I’m sure after this storm they are calling for, they will open Cindy’s, Sunrise, and probably Tannanbaum lifts. They already have a base created on them, but they need a top layer now. Conditions werent horrible, but they werent amazing. Really it was one of those situations where you cant complain with what you got.
I plan to go possibly 3-4 more times this upcoming weekend.
Got some new bindings and pants. Flux DS-30’s Black with the white backs.
18" of new powder at Ellicottville. They were going to be opening up 28 runs as of Friday but decided with the weather they got, why not open 32 runs today. So Holiday Valley has 32 runs open now and 8 lifts. Also informed they are going to be trying to get jumps put in this weekend. Hopefully the park is up soon. I’m itching to try jumps again this year.

Anyone interested in meeting up for a little NYSpeed boarding/skiing, I’ll be there almost all weekend. PM me a phone number or let me know and I’ll toss you mine. Starting tomorrow at 2pm I’m leaving work and heading down there. Might spend the night in town and start up again in the AM, followed by more riding Sunday and Monday! I’m getting what I can in this year. Hopefully be up to 7 days of riding by Monday.

Went yesterday with a few people and ran into a bunch of people I knew. Good conditions overall, great to be back out there after 2 years.
Went to Holiday Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night. Up to 6 times out now. Hopefully another 2 or 3 this up coming weekned.
Helped my brother get a pair of ski for a great price at Red door. I know someone on here works there. He loves the setup.
Went to Bristol on Monday, conditions were god awful. Total waste of money IMO.

Yea I went yesterday, the conditions were great; no ice, lots of snow in the trees. Too many trails full of moguls though.
