i think a cruise in his neibourhood would help with the greiving of his family… seeing how a loss can affet peope of thier community and even thier friends can help…
i even know when my buddy passed 2yrs ago, watching the hondas rally in his memory made me smile.
as for people mis behaving in the event of a cruise… if they do… vigilante justice would encoure…
you disrepect the dead you desearve and keyed car and slashed tires.
i just sold my s15 headlights and s15 carbon hood to him 2 weeks back and he was an awesome dude we chilled outside talking for a bit about his plans for his car & mine. he was a cool kid but just wow.
i didnt think i knew the guy but now i know that i did meet him and talk to him a few times. in fact, he did a Coop at SG this summer and actually did some work on my car.
i cant even really describe how i feel about this. It’s just so tragic. those pictures, i cant even look at them.
i’d like to be made aware of any event held in his honour and pending availability would happily participate in a cruise on the day of the funeral only, perhaps as a part of the procession.
yes i am sure the other ppl that were in the car are all in seperate hospitals and i here some talk about the driver being charge with manslaughter…to my understanding there is no stop sign going north on creditview so it was a combination of 2 reckless drivers not watching out
but at the same time, when a biker dies in a crash, many bikers will rally and drive through the neiberhood on harleys, much louder then any 240sx.
its to show respect, to show that it hits you and your individual community to the soul.
to arrange a meet and cruise in my opinion is honourable and respectable.
and what are people gonna say
“damn bastards in thier suped u cars making all this ruckess over one dead driver” not likely, not even close…
and even if some people did think that… 2 words… Fuck em!
its not like we would breaking any laws or rules.
You know, the typical memorial would be to lay flowers where he passed away, if anything the logical choice of action would be to do that we can cruise up to the spot and and that and make a makeshift memorial there for him
i dont know the area but im sure people wouldnt mind a couple cars going by there to drop off some flowers and to remember him. going to funeral wouldnt hurt either.
R.I.P Chadwick. My condolences to family and friends.
I didn’t know him but it’s still sad to see what appeared to be a constructive member of this community pass away.
IN times of grief I listen to music cause it sometimes it sooths the pain. Here’s a couple songs i listen to. Although there not in the right context but it’s just the message the songs send that helps
