Low km doesnāt really mean much to me. I just bought a car for under 6k with 65,000 original km with about 12k worth of aftermarket on it. I wouldnāt or couldnt sell for a penny over 6.
For a car that needs 0 body work, 0 paint work, 0 interior work and comes with a nice mint 30k KA that you could sell to some KAT noob for $500+ I donāt think the price is THAT crazy to be honest. A sub 5k 240 wonāt be in half the shape that one is in. Unless you buy some JDM pos with the wheel on the wrong side.

Just because the guy thinks its worth 8000 doesnāt mean its going to sell for that price, and if it does sell then its on the BUYER and not the seller. The buyer was the one that determined it was worth 8000 for the car and he paid it.
