there are MANY S2Ks on S2ki.com and other S2K websites running 400+ WHP with either a SC or a turbo with nothing at all done to the internals of the engine. Though to get much higher than 400WHP you will need a thicker HG to drop compression slightly. Course the rest of the drivetrain isn’t so robust… Differential comes to mind… but thats not the topic of this discussion.

Exactly. Bottom line, for $40,000, I’d get a 350Z or S2000 and prepare it for the track. No more discussion.

I’m not sure, no where in the comments/description does it say anything about the engine, only that it has a 300ZX rear diff.
