tell that to both city courts i had speeding tickets in
14 got me a 100 dollar fine
15- school and double fine but avoided points.
obviously a DA or judge can always do whatever they want… I doubt the 1mph made the difference ie. if you got the 14 over first they saw they second time around and gave you more.

The 'Burbs are get out of jail free. But in the City of Buffalo they will not plea bargain on traffic violations unless there is also a serious crime charged that puts all the charges in an ADA’s lap.
