well, with 60 people it looks as if i will be modifying the menu too add some more stuff. Everyone that is helping each other to organize, please pm me when is a good time next week to go and get all of the beverages and stuff like that so i will know what i have left in the budget early on. Or if you want someone can come to either sams, or the beverage dist. in the food terminal, and we can get prices and qty. figured out. I just really need to know what kind of budget i am working within so that i may begin planning and laying out of everything. This is a very large undertaking, and i may even have to do something a little dramatic and get a friend to let me use the kitchens at the Erie county Racino in hamburg so i need to know what room i have to work around in the budgets. I also have to get a few orders in to suppliers ASAP to ensure that they can fill certain qty’s by the deadline!!

Coke > Pepsi. Maybe some lmaonade and iced tea. Gotta have some orange soda, Dr Pepper…lots of just water…maybe some gatorade (pretty expensive though, unless you have a McD’s style container you can mix 5 gallons in or wahtever)
