95 saturn sc2 clutch question

my class mate approached me the other day and asked if i could helpon a problem and it completely stumped me so maybe someone on here knows…
he wants to bleed the clutch on his 95 saturn sc2 but the clutch master cyl is inside the brake master cyl…soo how do you go about it?
he didnt have the car with him so i couldnt look for myself any ideas?

Usually clutches are bleed from the slave cylinder, not the master. Look down at the other side of the clutch line near the tranny.

yeah but then how do you go about filling them up?

you keep filling the master cylinder and bleed through the slave. the fluid flows downward along w/ the air. Clutch systems can take quite a while to fully bleed out.

yeah but thats the question the mater cyl for the clutch is in the brake master cyl its wierd he is bringing the car for me to take a peek at today and thatr may clear up something but yeah

your confused in your own mind, you’ll figure it out when u see it LOL

ahhh, this is an interesting one, there is no bleeder on the slave…

this should be in general rather then import section…that might help out
