Stainless lines + good pads + good fluid will definitely make a huge difference.
Q45s would be awesome, they are a direct bolt on and you won’t have to worry about clearing your rims. 
The 180s are more than enough for the street for most of us on this board. Also, its a super cheap upgrade.
