A sincere appology to two SON users

Due to recent events, we ran into two problems with shipping of items. Son user names wont be mentioned, but we hope they are watching, as we arent afraid to go public on such small mishaps.

The first would be a package that never got delivered due to misplacement which was most likely caused by Canada post. Now in the event of a misplaced package we fully replaced the item at no extra charge. Again we are sorry to the SON member for the delay this has caused.

Secondly, another large item was sent to Canada. Originally the packages contained a packing slip w/tracking number information, but we misplaced this due to some hectic travels during our vacation. Now in the event of a misplaced tracking slip, we will wait until the item is delivered.

Finally, we arent perfect by no means and we wish for all customers to understand that mistakes do happen.

He is being open about his company not being perfect. People make mistakes, way to go! being big and fessing up to them.

I have recieved parts that came from Adam, well boxed well labeled and all the paper work was there. Nice new box and fancy bubble wrap. Don’t let this mishap stop you from dealing with Adam and Feast in the future.

The PM method has been covered, but a the same time, we feel a little bad about the situation, so making a post is a fair choice!
