From what I understand, there’s about a 1" difference in length between the two. I have a VLSD I wanna put on my '89 and I’ve read that there’s enough ‘play’ to make it bolt up to my existing driveshaft.
Has anyone ever done this that can comment?
I’ve only heard there is enough play to keep the non-abs shaft if you have swaped in an SR…

ABS is the shorter one. 1" is about right, I’m using an ABS one on my open diff. gotta change that soon
