Altima Brakes

Next on the agenda for me, Brakes… Just the front though (Got 90% on the rear drums heh)

I was thinking EBC Greenstuffs with Powerslot Rotors but am open to other ideas, please help me out!

Thanks

300zx might work. :?

i was thinking about the ebx, but i found some axxis ones that seem good too, do you want it quiet when braking? or do you mind a little noise?

I would like quiet but as long as they dont drive me insane… as to the point i wont touch my brakes…

Are the Axxis good any experience?

not sure, but i do have experience with hawk, like i said before they are driving me up the wall, they are so loud

Hell i dont even know where i can get my hands on EBCs, online was over 300 for them (stupid shipping…) and claiming i may need to pay more for fees…

Help! Where did you pick yours up?

i grabbed my hawks from Josh and fulblown, they where like 80 or something they are good but loud

I have some coming from Josh for tomorrow, i’ll post pic and possibly a review!

New rotors and pads

Sorry, i get to play with my car, it makes me happy… heh

what kind?

I picked them up today! Thanks Josh!

2x Infinitiy Rotors (so shiny) and a set of Raybestos Pads (at least they don’t have huge metal chunks in them)

if you were wondering how big they are, they are bigger than my cat… which is pretty big… for those who like numbers 11" OR 279.4 mm

hopefully tomorrow i get them in, and will anounce my verdict on them… heh…

And their on, gotta get them to break in and then it’ll be set… mmmm New

are they qiuet? how much? if you don’t mind me asking

They are silent, bloody silent… i love it, decent bite too (not like crazy grab cuz its still stock caliper) but very good for the pricing

Talk to josh, he can get them the same day, and they were 51 a rotor and 52 for disc… the total was less than 170…

I like them, cheap, decent bite, not easy to fade, and left me with enough money to work on getting a suspension!

If you wanna know more let me know…

but you only have the fronts as rotors right?

Yeah, drums in the rear and they arent worth upgrading (unless you go the SE calipers in the rear, but that sounds like head ache…)

If you wanna see them just PM, i can show you how well they work…
