would the charges against her have been dropped if it was found that her father didn’t really have a heart attack? probably not. my point: there was no way for the officer to know whether or not she was telling the truth at the time of the incident. i’m not condoning throwing her around, but people give police bullshit excuses all the time to get out of tickets. i’m sure a few of us on here have come up with several gems
