I had a guy come in and ask me where to go around here to buy tires. I looked back at my 30 tire display on my wall.He says." I hates sears and would never buy tires from you".You really think I am going to give you any help on this matter? We have sold 1300 dollars in the last three days.

They told me I was getting laid off after new years.
They also told me I was definitely getting paid for the duration of my stay here.
I have absolutely NOTHING to do for the next 2 weeks.

Probably has more to do with Sears service than the recession. The last time I took a car there (the one at the Eastern Hills mall) they snapped a lug off. No problem, shit happens right? Then they never called me about the delay, I show up to get the car and it’s going to be an hour more. 1.5 hours go by, I call, it will be “another hour”. Another 1.5 goes by, still no call, I call again. Same shit. Now it’s getting close to closing time and my wife needs the car for work the next day. I’m guaranteed it will get done, even if they have to stay late. I call 20 minutes after closing time, get told it won’t be done until the next morning.
I finally pick the car up, pay, leave, and as I’m stopping I hear something slide under the passengers seat. Fuckers destroyed one of the hubcaps and then hid it on the floor in the back seat, never even mentioning it to me. I complain and they say it was badly cracked and there was nothing they could do. Bullshit, I do all my own work on my vehicles, there was nothing wrong with it when I dropped it off.
So yeah, sorry for the off topic rant, but Sears automotive can suck a giant cock.
