this came up during a discussion (argument?) the other nite with some friends from out of town- a little downstream of the beginning of goat island on the american side, there is the notorious point of no return sign. I googled for quite awhile but couldnt seem to find any pics of it
anyone have a shot of it before I have to swim out there with a digi cam?

There’s “Dangerous Water Ahead” sign on Navy Island, that’s the only one I’ve seen. I haven’t been dumb enough to take my boat north of Navy Island though. 
i think if you are close enough to see the sign your pretty much fucked at that point

Yeah, I just did a search on google for “boat over falls”. I was hoping for a real one since I know about once a summer someone’s boat goes over those falls (usually empty). With all the cameras at NF there is no way it hasn’t been caught on camera for real at least once.
