I was going to say the same thing shucks.
I usually like to bike 25-30 miles 2-3 days per week but since the new house I havenāt. Been too busy working on things. Oh well.
Iām starting to do some heavy lifting again so loosing weight isnāt really in the program yet. Maybe in 2-3 months Iāll try to get down to about 190 or so.
I donāt really drink much so I canāt cut beer out to help.

I just cut out a ton of calories. I used to eat all the time, and in large amounts.
Now I always drink water when Iām hungry and see if it goes away. If it doesnāt Iāll usually grab some almonds or fruit.
I cut out all sweetened drinks - both artificial and natural sweeteners.
If i find myself wanting to snack, Iāll usually go get like 4 crackers then put the box away. Iām less likely to devour a whole box of wheat thins this way. And I always try to add in tons of water.
Apples, celary, carrots. You can eat as much of them as you want and wont gain an oz.
Iāve put on a good chunk. Increased eating at work due to holiday festivities + too cold to mtn bike, and Iāve been lazy to go to the gym.
Iāll get back in once Christmas is over.

I usually lose weight in the winter and then gain it in the summer. Not one to drink at home or go out much in the winter to have a bunch of beers and eat crap food but as soon as the summer rolls around, i put it back on.
The past 3 months I have been good. Going to Florida every 2 months has given me motivation to lose more weight esp now before spring break.

I would love to gain some muscle weight. I am feeling so scrawny at 150lbs & 5ā10" but my schedule doesnt really give me much time to work out. or at least thats what I tell myselfā¦as I sit here on nyspeed.
damn dude. 150? lol. Iām 5ā11 and just shy of 190. I dont think I could honestly get under 175 even if I worked out every day.
Yeah, I am mysteriously lighter than I should be. Must be all that empty space in my head.
