ya skiing for a workout is great
my muscles are still as tense as if i had just worked out… and i went skiing on sunday (today is tuesday)

the girl i was with kept getting stuck on fresh powder and she was snowboarding, so i had to keep lunging her forward with one arm, i had to do this like 15 times and 3 hills… it was a rediculous workout lol

Today is Wednesday not Tuesday, lol.

i started typing on tuesday, and i went skiing on sunday and tuesday, so i put tuesday

so has anyone actually done anything since this thread was made and it was talked about lol
i did the guerilla cardio today and wanted to off myself by like the 7th minute lol, the last 2 minutes i had to switch to jogging then walking, instead of running then jogging :frowning:

although it was tiring as shit, it was pretty fun going out for a run. i can’t wait til its a little warmer out, it sucked

been skiing or going to the gym just about everyday, skiing usually wins though. Not much as far as results though

I weigh like 252, Ive slowed down on losing weight as of late, but ive been eating normal, and still getting chinese buffet, and the occasional pizza slice, and been keeping the weight off.

I noticed that after all the shit ive gone thru, this time, more of my habbits have changed in how I eat.

I eat less aswell, well unless im at chinese buffet or getting pizza. then i eat like I always ate, with the exception of adding in more carrots and onions <3 them.

I do plan on kicking this next 50 lbs tho. dont know if its possible, I have alot of muscle expecially in my legs from carting my fat ass around all those years.

I’ve been hitting the gym 5-6days a week for 3 months now, have lost approx. 20lbs and gained some serious muscle in the process in my back, arms, and shoulders. my chest is being stubborn. I was roughly 220lbs when I started with a fatshit beer gut that was disgusting. gut nearly gone now, really happy with my results thus far…gonna try to get down to 195 and keep gaining definition in my muscles.

I would be happy if i could gain 20lbs, not easy when you have a fast metabolism.

Started running 3 miles a day and massive amounts of ab work about 2 weeks ago, I’m down from 190 to 178 as of this morning.

When I started: 5’-11" 190lbs, poor diet no exercise

So far: Same height (duh) 178lbs, very heathy diet (lots of spinach) and very active

I started on November 15th. I was 6ft 231 lbs, and I ate fast food 3 times a day lol, with no exercise.

I have now lost 26 lbs, Im at 205 lbs by working out 7 days a week, and eating VERY healthy. Lost 4 inches on my waist, WOO HOO. Went from a 38 to a 34.

Also gained some muscle in my arms, back and shoulders.

Does that mean this summer were all gonna have to ride to get heathy food now? No ice cream? Haha

I already know Im going to have to workout harder in the summer, because you guys will make me eat bad food. :frowning:

Best diet ever was food poisoning from golden wok, lost 40lbs in a little over a week. went from 5’4" 220lbs to 180 real quick. that was back in 2002. Now i’m 6’0" 200lbs. I just wanna lose the tits and i’ll be happy.

I just weight myself the other day, 139. Which isn’t bad considering all the holiday food, and barely going to the gym lately. My goal is around 130. But I need to tone up. And get serious about going back to the gym on a regular basis. I was doing so well and then I starting seeing results and got lazy. Ha.

My highest was 157 and that was last year. Never again.

how tall? my girl went up from 135 to 155, shes now 115., shooting for 110 - 105. shes 5’2’’

5’6. I don’t carry weight well. I wouldn’t mind if it went to my ass, thighs and boobs, but it goes to my stomach, love handles and face. Gay. Hahah
