damn, your numbers make mine look pathetic… I’ve got a long way to go…
numbers dont mean anything to me really. id rather be huge and look good than have a high number. unfortunitly high numbers mean big muskles more often then not so…
damn lol, maybe im not going haha.
yea im weining off the big #s cauase of big injurines but its hard. ive always been a number fuck lol wanted to be heavy and use heavy weights, and always lifted for the next week if ya kno wut i mean. but now i wana look better. lol im down to 213:'( but owell time for a change and try to save my joings 3 out of 4 weeks lol 1 “heavy” week and the rest light to moderate weight. but i always compare to my old #s which is just not happening right now lol
TONIGHT, ON UNSOLVED MYSTERIES
im a powerlifter at heart, I like big numbers… maybe someday I’ll be strong enough to compete before im too old and worn out…
im the opposite. im a bodybuilder at heart and maybe someday ill grow some balls and compete. haha
At this age/level wouldn’t it make more sense to try and save your joints etc? We aren’t getting any younger.
wheres the fun in that?
I’d rather not be in a wheelchair at 40? (no offense to those on here who are handicapped).
me either…
ditto but big and strong is better then just being big or strong. big guys who cant push or pull weight, i just dont get it
they dont really exist. im thinking they just choose not to lift heavy anymore due to the repercussions.
I bench-pressed a bus filled with retarded people.
but this was in europe where everything is metric so it doesnt count.
:rofl
ehhhhh, ive seen biiiiiig juacked up guys who can push or pull much weight atall, esp for bodyweight
:retardclapi was on that bus…
i know this is light weight for most of you guys, but I’d like to lift in competition 1500lbs combined squat/bench/dead before im 30. right now im 26 and around 1225lbs (not in competition)…
I want to bench double my body weight but that’s probably never happening.
Even though using bench press as a form of measure for strength is retarded.
