On the plus side I tracked down a set of BBS caps. The ones she had were Vw parts made by BBS, these are the ones that you would have bought right from BBS. Difference is that the dimple rings are aluminum on the BBS ones, plastic on the Vw ones. Now she will be able to get them powder coated to match when she gets the powder redone next year.
She also got a pretty baller alarm installed too, along with many more wheel locks.
Gonna try to get replica dimple rings made to have extras and sell some. Anyone who could help do this (ie make them) let me know, I’m sure we could figure out some kind of profit sharing.
Wheel locks wont stop real theives, but it’s better than no wheel locks.
The more wheel locks thing made me LOL. I don’t know how you meant it but I just picture someone putting different keyed wheel locks on every lug.
That’s exactly what I did actually. 3 different keyed lugs on each wheel.
Man…if someone has the time, patience and all the keys they will really have earned those wheels now. 
by the time they get them loose, and figure out how to jack up the car which is damn near impossible when aired down, they will have gotten a wrench to the side of the head because the woman’s alarm remote will alert her that someone is messing with the car haha

There are tons of people, even on here, who have more money into a car than it’s worth. Big deal, like I said; her car, her money, if it makes her happy who am I to stop her. At least it isn’t an American car.

Pretty sure the yaris is all assembled over seas.
If I need to be more specific: at least it isn’t a ford/gm/chevy/Lincoln/dodge/Chryslerproduct.
The point is, hopefully there is enough stuff to deter any possible future attempts.
