Hey guys. Some scumbag has decided to go behind HC where we keep our scrap and used tires and stole 2 complete sets of wheels that were both mine. I notice yesterday when I whent to the shop to take pics of the rims to sell them in an upcoming fs thread. The wheels were last seen the week before friday for sure.
One set was for my wifes Honda Civic they were 14" 5 spoke TRM Silver painted with brand new all seasons. The other set were 18" katana f15 silver painted with beat bridgestones 5x114.3. Pic below.
If they are safely returned in one week I will not even care who took them. If not and I have to find out myself with a $150 reward to info that leads to me getting the rims back… The person(s) WILL BE SORRY!
There is almost no way to see the wheels unless your looking around the back of the shop…they say there for almost a year…my wifes were just swapped out with the snow tires.
i wonder if it is somebody that works in one of the surrounding buildings. they are the only people that would go/know what is back there behind your shop. just a thought.
I had other stuff the would have been taken if it was for scrap or resale. But the rims were “tuner wheels” and the 14’s were nice looking honda wheels. They were in between two other sets of wheels. Besides we already checked into everyone around us which are mostly stand up guys.
no offense, i didnt take them obviously… but wheels left outside in a bunch of scrap would seem like freebies to me, not that i would knowingly steal them, but id think they were scrap , especially the steelies
Cameras are there. It is hard to target that area. The back doors are pretty much bomb proof. I have slide dead bolts that go into the sides and the concrete. All doors are heavily locked. Usually there is nothing of value back there except my grill. None of the cars or anything else was touched. Someone knew exactly what they wanted and took only that.
To any of you mother fuckers who think its awesome to steal. Please just give me an excuse to use my shotgun. I’m here every night, I’m waiting.
I’ve been robbed twice by Puerto Ricans whos mothers lived on Lawn Ave in the parish street projects and one on Breckenridge…I have their socials, their mothers socials, phone numbers, families phone numbers, where each of them worked in the last 5 years and where they currently work, their current cars and the current people they register their cars to. We have it narrowed down to a one week period in which this was possible and it had to be one saturday i was in toronto on business. Otherwise I sleep here and I am out at least 3 times a night because there are a shit load of noises that keep me up. I am a light sleeper
