buy a 2 pound canister and get a shaker…

also if you dont want to get a shaker buy a funnel and use empty botted water bottles…cause the bottle or shker will stink after a while…

it is cheap and use a funnel…

shaker cost from 2 to 7 bucks …plus if you buy a bottle of water to mix the protein ,there you go

just got back from running…

was planning on running a mile but i was more outta shape than i thought.

ran 1/2 a mile i plan on buildingup to a mile or more but just couldn’t do it right off the bat

water with protien is nasty! Skim milk is key

start doing your 1/2 mile a day and try to increase how far you run every week by about 1/4mi. that way you can see improvement, but it isnt far enough of an extra distance to discourage you from being able to do it

I like to run up & down big hills and unevan terrain. kicks your ass alot quicker;)

yeah it does, then when you run all flat, you can go much further.

Thats the best excercise. Get out of the house, run, hit a punching bag, lift weights, eat vegetables. Thats the best way not just a diet.

O yea to much protein is a bad thing. You can only absorb so much a day. The rest is stored in your body. Anything else on fitness i’m sure i can help you.
