its ok to drink if you have a decent mix for it. i like mine with skim milk and choc power. i tried the water thing to mix it and its horrible. try choc protien and skim or fat free milk

here is the ab exersize that i have been talking about that i do.

its going to be a little painful until you get uused to it but it orks wonders on obliques and lower abs. if you have a bench that you can do these on, i HIGHLY reccomend them.

i do about 4 sets of 35 per day.

start small where you can do them until you get a burn and then do 5 more, 3 sets of those will be good. then as you are able to do them with ease, increase accordingly

moderation is key… i started dieting about 2 weeks after 1320 did, i was @219-220 i now fluctuate from 206-209 goal is to be under 200… i went really hardcore for the first 2 weeks and then kind of backed off if i want to eat something i eat it but i dont make it a habbit … cut out most of the carbs and sugars but if i want a sandwich i eat a sandwich … for most people getting to strict you will quit… think of it as a life change not a diet…i lost those 10-12 lbs with out exercise just changing eating habbits now i walk/run 1-2 miles a day sooner or later i might be skinny

Damn - i’ve been trying to gain weight since high school. I’m up to 175 now from 150 when I graduated 8 years ago.

congrats, but when you do choose to eat that sandwich or whatever it is you want to eat every once in a while, make the smart choice with what you make the sandwich with. just casue u splurge once, doesnt mean it has to be the worst splurge possible

just ate my 1st meal of the day…turkey on wheat and have drank nothing but water…wasnt on earlier cuz my comp crashed i had to take it to the shop to get fixed.

yea, i eat some carbs now… its only the first 2 weeks youre supposed to try not to eat any carbs. Then you can add some in moderation. Like, i only use low carb bread now…and i try to eat salads whenever possible.

However, too much protein can cause kidney problems. Hence, one of the many reasons it’s important to drink lots of water. In addition, most protein sources contain sodium, which is reason number two why water is critical.

I went from 192lbs to 161lbs during my freshman year in college… How’d I do it? Protein. However, no cheese, no white bread, no pasta, only fat free milk. In obese people, strick protein diets are very important in weight loss. Otherwise, someone just trying to lose a little weight should consider small additions of carbs into their diet.

P.S. Frequent soda drinkers can lose up to 10 lbs in one months by simply replacing their coke with water. :cool:

same with drinking water, make sure it is ice cold. your body can burn calories just warming the water up to body temprature once it is in your system

do you know that ice cold water is actually bad for you though. its a shock to your system! after exercise room temp. water is healthier for you!
