i went to bodytech $150/ year for students.
then i got my bowflex, so i just use that
just got home from work here is a summary of my 1st day…
woke up jogged a 1/2 mile came home took a shower went to the store bought food.
had a turkey sandwich on wheat for breakfast around 11.
had a same thing around 5.
at work had a salad with just lettuce,roasted chicken and fat free italian dressing.
drank water all day but just got home and having a glass of OJ then going to bed.
not bad for the 1st day if you ask me
how did the stomach hold up?? sore at all from not eating as much and congrats for the progress.
nope stomach feels fine legs are a little sore from actual doing exercise though
great job on the first day…
so when you move back to pittsburgh what part are you going to

i grew up in shaler…right off Burchfield college park plan…but i am in Valencia now

ooh yeah get some protein it will help curb your apitite and your muscles will recover faster

a lot of juices are high in suger…so you go to watch that…also crystil light is good…just stay away from a lot of suger
also do not try to change overnight cause the diet prob will not last…
when i diet i usually have 1 night a week where i splurg a little…but thats my .02 worth

dasani tastes kinda sweet to me :dunno:
but when i go on my atkins diets i usually eat egs with garlic, onions, and cayenne pepper. for breakfats. you can also add red hot and cheese to it.
protein shake between brkfst and lunch
luinch salad with no dressing lots of onions and lots of peppers
another shake between lunch and dinner
dinner is chicken breast with garliv, olivoil, onions, black pepper, and green peppers and usually a scrambled eg to go along with it.
added i hit the gym once a day for a good 15- min cardio and a 20 min soak in teh steam room.
when i actually have time to do all this i take clenbuterol and some other type of dietary aide.
multivitamins are a good thing too.
and treat yourself to ONE carb meal a week it keeps you from going insane and craving carbs like a mofo. i did this till i hit teh 2 month mark and i drank a beer. that one beer killed all my hard work cause carbs were a daily thing again :hs:
