just got back from running and went to the store got oatmeal, 4 pack of crystal light, 12 pack of slimfast (protein mix is too much for now ill get it on payday), some more turkey, protein bars (then things are expensive!!), and 2 lean cuisine’s.

damn… i wish i didn’t have a job and could hippie out all day and work out :rolleyes:

as for me i am eating only chicken,turkey,tuna,protein bars, and oatmeal right now and drinking only water,crystal light, and slim fast.

next week ill start protein shakes

Anyways, I can’t do anything low-carb… my blood sugar drops too low if I don’t eat carbs. My doctor told me to make sure I eat a lot of complex carbohydrates. I didn’t increase the amount though (since I already eat a ton of bread and potatos).

i still eat bread i.e tuna, and turkey sandwiches but i make sure its wheat bread.

I know… I drink at least 5 glasses of water a day. At least I try. Sometimes I forget though! :embarass:
