well the auto locks will unlock the doors but will not lock…they also will not lock when i press the remote. i have to manual lock all the doors. i can use the remote to unlock but not lock…could it be a fuse any help would be appreciated…
yr, make , model?
99 oldsmobile alero
im thinking that a wire that runs to power the unlock side might have come loose or shorted out. thats the only thing that i could think of…
because the run on the same fuse correct?
OLDSMOBILE, ALERO, 1999, Power Lock
Lock requires a negative trigger, and unlock requires a negative trigger through a 1,500 ohm resistor. Must use relays. Must close doors to lock with a single pulse.
white - drivers kick in black plug is where the wire is
is the int light staying on? if so this means that it doesnet think the door is shut
