I tried this a couple years ago when you first mentioned it… and failed miserably. :crap:

I weighed in this morning at 177lbs. and I’m 5’10. So that’s ~40lbs over my weight. I’m still pumped about getting this… it was super clean and steady.
The bar weighs 45 lbs not 55 lbs dummy.
Very nice jesse! You sound like you’ve grown alot since i’ve seen you last, bill was telling me you’ve really blown up  good work!
i guess i’ll chime in here. i’ve done 225 for 28, and 135 for 75. i’m old now so i’m stuck at 225 for 20. also they are always slow, controlled reps.
not sure if it’s relevant, but i’ve also done seated dumbell curls with 95’s for 15 strict reps each.
I know, jackass - I first said 55 lbs, then dropped it to 45.
Go do, then come back to me when you’re crying at 65 lol
got tren?
Thanks bro, I’m pretty strict with my workouts. I never miss one.
I need your motovation. I’m back in and plugging away so we’ll see if i can keep up
I pay people to lift heavy things for me.
I mean I only need heavy things lifted a couple times a year.
Spending 2 hours a day at a gym is really low yield.:gotme::biglaugh:
I can’t remember the last time I needed something “benched”.
ah, but it comes in handy when you need to throw someone.
Lots of people don’t “get it”. It’s exactly the same as it is with cars. We have a fascination with cars, but some people could give 2 shits about it.
Would you rather be strong or weak?
2 hours a day is pretty extreme. When I am in the gym A LOT, it’s maybe 5 days a week for an hour to hour and 15 minutes. I would say the “yield” is quite good actually, for the time invested.
my old partner and i would have a 100’s week where wed do 3 or 4 exercises and do a set of 100 then move to the next exercise… we didnt take breaks, just stopped at the top if we needed a rest for a couple and finished it out… iirc we would have 15’s or 20’s on each side of an olympic bar…
they sucked lol but you would leave the gym with an amazing pump… we did those to more or less shock our bodies because we were starting to plateau out on our normal routine
thats an big deal then… thats something to be proud of and your height and weight nice job and keep it up!
I have the worst endurance when it comes to chest exercises. 300 is my max on flat but 225 for maybe 10.
cause no ones had the heart to tell you that you have breasts
They are suckable though…
:bsflag:
dude on my AV has thrown up 826lbs … he is a good friend of mine
