Beware: M&M U-Pull-It Return Policy

Np dude, that pissed me off when I went their and saw a fucking shit load of cars burnt. That’s bullshit their is kno way someone is going to pull a part off a car like that. I remember seeing a car that was in a accident down my street and wrapped around a tree the kid was killed obvs and their was still blood and stains in the car… Who the fuck is going to pull a part or anything off a car like that?

I have been shopping there for years and have not once found a problem with returning parts, even with their new system. On their receipts it says no cash refund, and when you get your credit it says the expiration date on it. It really comes down to having common sense and reading a receipt. I have not once had a problem with any of the employees there.

Let’s see, thread randomly bumped by someone with no posts, over two weeks after the thread died? By a poster with two “M’s” in the name. Seems like someone at M&M heard about this thread and tried to do some shady damage control.

Buahahaha… This reminds me of shopping on the internet. You see 1 or 2 bad comments about buying something somewhere, then follows about 10 great comments, but all being done by the store selling the products to make themselves seem a lot better than they are made out to be.

Honestly, all they had to do was post a fake intro thread even without pics would have worked and then commented on a couple of other threads in the autos section before commenting on this one. I totally would have fallen for it then.

It’s nice to know though that little old me can actually give them enough bad PR where they would feel obligated to come on here and do damage control.

It’s makes me realize that any NYSpeed member has the ability to “get even” for the lack of a better phrase, with any local automotive business that dicked them around. Pretty cool actually.

The worst part is that their idea of damage control shows how shitty their customer service really is. If this happened at one of my stores I would say sorry that wasn’t explained to you in the first place. It is our policy but since we didn’t make it clear stop in, ask for xxxxxx and we’ll issue the refund. Why lose hundreds of dollars of business over $33?

I am confident that they will not loose hundreds of dollars. I think most people that go there buy things with the understanding they it is a junkyard as is end of story.

Well they’ve lost all of the OP’s business, and in a year I (and probably a few others) won’t remember why I heard bad things about M&M so I probably won’t go there.

They have been really good lately with the return policy,I went yesterday looking for some jeep parts and they offered me a gift receipt and free gift wrapping.
