I know a very close friend of his. She is upset that they are naming inexperience as a contributing factor. Apparently he had recently gotten his license but has been riding his whole life. Only on paper was he a new rider.

No witnesses stated that he was doing any stunts

So he has been riding “off road” for a long time? If she is upset, I think she should do something, may be notify the police and/or the media with the correct information.
