maybe you should ditch the idea of awards and stuff like that which can complicate things and just make it a cruise and big meet? keep it simple
it’s mostly my family that isnt that excited about it…
why not find someplace in the area (a park etc) to fit all the cars and people just bring a couple of the small bbqs and all participants chip in 5-10 bucks and somebody buys a whole bunch of burgers and pop and buns and tear it up that way?

although ive never been, im guessing that this meet has grown past what your restaurant there can handle… if we can find a big enough park that can handle all of our cars its all good… im sure you have people that will take the helm of the bbqs and people can bring sports equipment to play football, volleyball or soccer and chill there before having to take off back home… ive been to one of these with a different car club way back… it was a good time

yeah i had a chat with some people… i should be able to make a go of it on July 26 but i need to get the banners made up and get the word out fast…
