Agreed, this is turning into a landslide after the last post
what else you expect?

“The input shaft would be one, but overall the Cobra spec T-56 is noisy and sloppy at times. You really have to drive a Viper spec T-56 to compare the difference. I remember when I had my '94 Callaway Camaro I complained about the sloppiness and noise of my T-56. I called Borg Warner and talked to one of their head engineers. He explained the differences basically in quality between the Corvette and F-Body T-56s. The Vette T-56 was much smoother and a whole lot quieter. The Cobra spec T-56 will certainly handle the power but if it were me I’d want something with a bit more quality built into it. JMO.”
"The Viper T56 has tighter tolerances than the Cobra T56. It also has a better input shaft and output shaft. Since a Viper costs more than twice as much as a Cobra, Dodge can afford another $500 per tranny.
Some Cobra T56’s will be great, some notchy. Depends on how the loose tolerances stack up.
FWIW, I have no problems shifting mine."
Anyways, find some idiot to let you launch their Z, and see what you think, then you’ll understand why most Z’s don’t do so well in “drag racing”
Roll racing ftw
what youre backing out now?
[QUOTE=silvrhand] and if you think launching a stock Z with high HP is easy, give it a whirl… Chances are you’ll bog or you’ll wheel hop all over the place.
