Well I guess I should clarify I don’t like stock, but I don’t like a 3800 stall converter for something I drive everyday and 900 bucks for a full kit to build the trans isn’t feasible for me. Neither is a few thousand when a built trans destroys the weak 10 bolt rear. I want a nice LS1 with full exhaust, intake, bolt ons and maybe a small cam. So purchasing this car as I did for the price I paid makes a lot of sense for me. It has most of the mods I want and 1 I don’t so I can fix it up and still drive and enjoy it while I do. This is much more appealing to me then saving up through this summer into next to buy a cleaner stock car and then spend more money in the long run modding it the way I want.
