Looking for a front brake line in good condition, no stripped heads n shit.
I could make one, but i can’t source any cheap mild steel right now. Plus im lazy.
So if you have one used in good condition, or can make me one for cheap. lmk.

i have some here
you mean the hardline right?
correct, i mean the hardline.
yes make that shit
depending on if its drivers side or passenger u can buy the premade lengths
it is driver side. Its only like 2-3 feet in length. So all i have to do is bend it? isn’t that steel like super tough and not hand bendable.
You can buy rolls of brake line from the usual auto-supply places. Get a cheap bender and flare kit and your set.
i dont want to make one, suck at flaring
just make a line or i could for u. it take like 5 min and dont use shitty steel line. use the copper nickel line. so easy to bend and doesnt corrode.
let me know if u need a hand man.
im in waterloo.

+1 for copper nickel
+2 for getting a proper mechanic to work on safety related stuff like brake lines !
thanks varun. appreciated comment
-1 for “proper mechanic”
i feel more confident in anything i do rather than some mystery mechanic’s work.
i made my drivers side brake line in a matter of 5 minutes after i purchased my brake line flaring tool kit from the snap on truck for 65 bucks (bluepoint).
Like i’ve said. I’ve done flaring before, and i suck at it. Although i did once use the copper nickel line to make the lines on my steering rack, that shit was awesome.
Where can i buy that copper nickel line?
napa sell the copper nickel line.
blue point isnt actually made by snap on, just so u know. usually outsouces with their name on it.
and i somewhat agree with ur comment rather do it myself then trust someone else.
thats y i decided to become a tech and i cant justify paying shop prices either.
but dont knock techs and i was only offering my help because he wasnt confident in doing it himself.
dont knock who u dont know.
scott
^ good man.
I m going to try using some copper nickel line, hopefully it works out for me. Otherwise i’ll be needing some help.
Cheers.
jesus buy a premade length from partsource of crappy tire…and bend it yourself its easy to bend
So do it yourself. it’s cheap, and easy to do. Also, if you get a GOOD flaring kit, you’d have to be absolutely retarded to fuck it up.
I think I have the driver side line.
