I broke my fibula 3+ years ago (spiral fracture). I have a plate and 6 screws in it. It put me out of commission for 2 months. It also tore my ligament. I was pretty much on a couch for most of the 2 months. Hurt like a MF’er. I had a full cast and wasn’t able to drive or walk on it.

After 2 months they had the cast removed and started physical therapy. In the early months, it was hard for me to even stand up or stay upright without it swelling and causing me too much pain.

My right leg lost a lot of its strength and endurance and it took a while to build it back.

The doctor I had was highly recommended through Millard Suburban. Dr Chertack <sp> He has an office on Main Street in Williamsville.

If its that bad, get your ass to the hospital. Not doing you any good sitting at home.

yeah been there dont that…cept i did a spiral fracture and split it down the center. Good thing I was 1 1/2 becuase i cant remember it lol.

thats what I got in my left shoulder…may have to go in for anbother. I hope to god not becuase that was the most absolutly excruciating pain ive ever been in.
