no, but I’m the mechanic there and can relay the message and/or try to help you out. It may just be a surface scratch from plastic (he uses plastic lined lug sockets) but it usually wouldn’t be white…It still may come off with a light buff if it’s not deep. as for that stuck nut, the welding idea is a great one as well. And perhaps can be done for you in reparations for a damaged rim
