The question I have for you is that do you even know what a roll center is, what dictates the placement of the roll center, what dictates its place through bump, rebound, pitch, roll, and yaw?
And what would it matter if it is in the trunk, on the ground, bellow the ground or has an h of 7’?
I’m a big fan of the Chrysler Conquest/Mitsu starion. 2.6L turbocharged and intercooled inline 4. RWD, and VERY reasonable priced. I’m suprised more people dont use them for drift cars. i guess the weight distribution isnt very good for drifting. but i have seen alot of them for SCCA/Road race. No.
You have not, unless it was back in before 1995 (when they lost eligability to run in SSA due to the 5-year rule (now 10)).
SCCA has no provisions for turbo charged cars except in Touring (limited only to WRX, STi, EVO, and SRT-4) and the regional ITE (which isn’t much of a class at all).
