Car won't start, HELP!!

Alright guys so here’s the deal

I just finished my Ca18det swap and when i try to crank the motor it won’t start.

It turns over, gets spark, gets fuel to the FPR but doesnt go through it =S

Ive tryed 3 different FPR’s one nismo and 2 stock ones. the vacuum line gets some vacuum but im not sure how much.

Is there anyway to find out how to open the FPR, also is there a way to increase the Vacuum ?

maybe you didn’t hook the lines up right to the fpr, or fuel rail…double check…doesn’;t hurt…or maybe it goes through it but not through the rail…could be clouged with something.
