I’m still not sure that having everyone in the ballroom armed is the way to solve the problem, but the criminal element will show up regardless.

i think it works both ways…
i do agree that criminal element will show, but i also think that having a gun can draw that element out of people who without a gun would not be a problem…or less of problem
