Definitely can’t wait I have a huge crowd of customers that want to attend.
I’d have to imagine they have the malls cooperation on this. These people know the turn out of these events and I can’t see them just putting this on for the hell of it without approval. Curious though if they will rope it off and how they handle cars showing up. I’m going to have to hit the first one up to see this go down in case we don’t see a second.

The fact that it’s not listed on the mall’s event calendar has me wondering how involved they actually are. The other car events were listed there.
@jays it might not be on the mall’s calendar because maybe it’s associated with Duff’s. I’m just speculating though. And I haven’t seen Duff’s lease to know if they’re allowed to hold events.
This is what concerns me. Why not just nip this in the bud before they show up and cause a problem from not being let it. Also, are they going to be letting SUV’s and bikes in now?

No, your plain ass Civic with tinted windows should not be in the “show” area. When half the cars showing up at the mall to shop are nicer than the car you’re bringing to the meet just park with the shoppers and walk over.
It’s “Nip this in the bud”. Aka, trim off a weed before it becomes a big problem.

As for C&C, I can’t wait to see the first event. Really hoping its not a shit show but if shit hits the fan, I may have to pull some popcorn out and a Corvette lawn ornament.
Well I plan on getting there early on Sunday to see how this all unfolds, im sure there will be hiccups with this being the first event that these guys are running.

Rain is moving in, everyone is bailing now. Lots of peeling out.
I’m currently watching a Mini Cooper rip up and down the lot.
No police or any semblance of organization; looks like they roped off an area for a few wrapped cars then let the rest of the crowd fill in anywhere.
LOTS of hard-parking. Cars were scattered in every direction & angle.
I’ve only been here for an hour or so but I’m giving it solid “meh”.
I did see a few interesting cars, but it’s very much like any other cruise night.

I showed up late and only stopped because I was driving by and wanted to get out and walk around for a bit with the kid. Pretty meh. Saw a really clean NSX that was nice and and old school Porsche Speedster I’d own in a heartbeat. Some asshat in a TransAm did a massive burnout/drift leaving in the mall lot as we were pulling in.
Heard a rumor there was some super sneaky invite only cars and coffee going on at the same time a bit farther north.

I am intrigued by this… Maybe he will comment. I went to eastern hills yesterday morning. I respectfully parked my new WRX outside of the “show”. A few nice cars showed, but it was mediocre. I left before the bullshit started I guess.
