i was wouldering if it is a good idea mto qwitch to synthedic oil in a 91 KA like i dident wonna just go do it and it hurt my motor so i was woundering if anyone did it alredi and it worked out
If its got high km then dont bother. The old seals may tend to leak after the switch over
id use a high milage synthetic…
i run penzoil in my audi a6… it has over 220,000 km on it… and its running just fantastic.
made the switch in oil from 10/30 to 10/30 HM at 175,000 and it has been excellent.

yea man switch over, my lifters would tick on the ka24e after 3000km after an oil change, when i switched to synthetic i drove it to 5000+ no problem no noise or anything and it runs strong, my engine has 260000km on it, i did notice it burn oil a little more but i’d rather add oil every now and then than run shit oil
so nowhere on the vast internet was there any information about synthetic oil?
